The Ontario Student Transcript (OST) is the official record of a student’s academic achievement in Ontario at the secondary school level. Transcripts are required for application to post-secondary institutions and may be required for many other reasons such as employment. They are available from the the last public secondary school you attended.
If the last public secondary school you attended was Nantyr Shores SS, please call the school and ask for the guidance department or email [email protected] with the Request For Transcript Form attached along with a picture of photo ID.
